TOPDOWNPR

Terms and Conditions

These terms explain what the website does, what an inspection request means, and where TopDownPR's contractor role begins and ends.

Effective date: July 20, 2026

What this website does—and doesn't do

This site explains TopDownPR's roofing and exterior services. Its content isn't a contract, construction specification, warranty, engineering opinion, insurance coverage decision, public-adjusting service, or legal advice.

Sending a form asks TopDownPR to contact you or inspect the property. It doesn't guarantee scheduling, emergency dispatch, project acceptance, pricing, a free service beyond verified company policy, or any repair, replacement, claim, or insurance result.

Inspections, estimates, and project agreements

An inspection can only cover what is safely accessible and visible at the time. Weather, roof type, lighting, concealed construction, and the agreed scope can all limit what we can see. Some conditions won't be known without removing material, testing, or bringing in another qualified professional.

Construction starts only after the property owner or another authorized party signs a separate agreement. If that agreement conflicts with this website, the agreement controls the project scope, price, products, payments, deductible obligations, schedule, changes, warranties, disputes, and other job terms.

Emergency requests

Emergency tarping and temporary weather protection depend on weather, daylight, safe access, structural conditions, crew availability, and location. This site doesn't promise a response time unless TopDownPR gives you a verified written commitment for that request.

Call emergency services for fire, electrical danger, gas leaks, possible collapse, or any threat to life. Never climb onto a wet, icy, storm-damaged, or structurally uncertain roof.

Insurance restoration

TopDownPR is a roofing contractor. We may photograph visible damage, take measurements, prepare construction estimates, attend inspections when requested and appropriate, explain the roofing work, and complete authorized repairs or replacement.

TopDownPR isn't an insurance company, attorney, or public adjuster. We don't decide coverage, guarantee approval, represent policyholders legally, waive deductibles, or offer rebates meant to offset a deductible. The property owner's carrier makes coverage decisions. Direct policy and legal questions to the appropriate qualified professional.

What you submit

Information and files you send should be accurate to the best of your knowledge, relevant to the property, lawful to share, and respectful of other people's rights. Don't submit malicious files, passwords, unnecessary sensitive information, or unrelated content.

You give TopDownPR and its service providers permission to use your submission as needed to review the request, respond, prepare construction documents, keep project records, and follow the law. TopDownPR should obtain separate customer permission before using project photos in public marketing.

Website details and outside services

We try to keep the site useful, but materials, availability, service areas, codes, manufacturer instructions, prices, vendors, and laws change. Review the written documents for your property before relying on a general website summary.

Maps, links, review widgets, analytics, social networks, financing tools, and form services may be run by other companies. Their content and practices are their responsibility except where applicable law or TopDownPR's agreements say otherwise.

Website content and acceptable use

The TopDownPR name, original website copy, design, and project media may be protected by intellectual-property law. Don't copy, scrape, impersonate, interfere with, probe, or misuse the site except where the law or written permission allows it.

Representative royalty-free photos are labeled and should be replaced with authorized TopDownPR project photos before launch. Third-party materials remain the property of their owners and are used under their applicable licenses.

General provisions

This website and its content are provided as-is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Nothing on this website creates a contract for roofing work; all work is performed under a separate written agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Questions and updates

Questions about these terms may be sent through the contact form on this website.

These terms may change when the website, services, or law changes. The effective date is updated when a revised version is published.
