What we collect
When you fill out a form, we receive the details you enter. That may include your name, phone number, email, property address, city, ZIP code, requested service, leak or claim status, contact preference, message, uploaded files, and consent choice.
The site and its connected tools may also record technical details such as your IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages viewed, form events, and approximate network location. What gets recorded depends on which hosting, analytics, advertising, spam protection, form, CRM, and communication tools are active.
Why we use it
We may use your information to answer your request, assess urgency, schedule an inspection, prepare an estimate or scope, communicate about the job, keep project records, improve the site, measure advertising, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Your form consent lets TopDownPR reply using the contact methods shown on the form. Marketing consent must be handled separately if marketing campaigns are added later. Message and data rates may apply to texts.
Photos and documents
Send only files that help us understand the property. Don't upload Social Security numbers, payment-card details, passwords, insurance login credentials, medical information, or anything else we don't need. Only share files you have the right to share.
Property photos can reveal addresses, interiors, people, vehicles, and documents. Access should be limited to the people and service providers who need the files, and the files should be kept only as long as the verified company policy requires.
Who may handle the information
TopDownPR may rely on outside providers for hosting, forms, email, texting, CRM, project management, analytics, advertising, file storage, security, scheduling, and payments. Those companies process information under their own terms and their agreements with TopDownPR.
Information may also be shared when needed to follow the law, answer valid legal process, investigate fraud or a security incident, enforce an agreement, protect someone's safety, or support a business transaction. TopDownPR should not claim that it does or doesn't sell personal information until its real advertising and data-sharing practices have been reviewed under applicable law.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This site is ready for Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel. They remain off unless the matching environment variables are added. Once enabled, those tools may use cookies or similar technology to measure visits, ads, and conversions.
Before tracking is turned on, TopDownPR should confirm whether it needs a consent banner, opt-out tools, or added disclosures based on its users and marketing practices. Browser settings can block some cookies, but not every kind of server- or device-level processing.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
Personal information should be kept only as long as verified business, contract, warranty, tax, insurance, safety, or legal needs require. No system is perfectly secure. TopDownPR should use sensible access controls, protected credentials, software updates, backups, and vendor reviews.
This site is for property owners and adults looking for contracting services. It isn't directed to children under 13, and children shouldn't submit personal information through the forms.
Your choices and how to reach us
Depending on the law and TopDownPR's actual practices, you may be able to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or limits on certain information. We may need to confirm your identity and the scope of the request first.
Privacy questions may be submitted through the contact form on this website.
When this policy changes
This policy may change when the website, vendors, services, or law changes. The effective date should be updated when a material change is published, and extra notice should be given when required.
